    Savory Soup Surprise

Tried a successful soup experiment tonight. Shredded leftover rotissory chicken in a pot. Added water, some spicy Manwuch sauce, worchestershire, Tobasco, white pepper, garlic pepper, salt, one can of chili hot beans, some shredded cheddar and a pack of beef Ramen noodles. It was the best batch so far.

    Stone Soup

I still felt a little off tonight, so I decided to whip up some soup for a quick soothing bite. I doubled the water in a standard ramen noodle pack, added some cubed pork tenderloin (that only needed reheating), half an onion (chopped), Tobasco, Worchestershire, salt, pepper, cajun spice blend, some Kroger knock-off Heinz 57 and the beef flavoring from the noodle pack. It was quite savory and had a nice mild kick. Plus it only took 10 min. for prep and cooking.

    Recycling

Sometimes going green means sacrifice, other times you get to eat delicious beef stroganoff two days in a row. I remembered to add some onions this go round. The peas round out the green theme.

    Alex Picks Pizza

Beth and Alex stopped by after a Choi Kwan Do exhibition and Alex said he was in the mood for pizza. I knew the perfect place for a pepperoni pie. We actually had to wait 10 minutes for a table, but were rewarded with an extra good set of slices.
